My brother, who's dealing with a medical issue and is unable to drive, called Bannister about his broken windshield wiper. As his visiting sister, who was his 'chauffer', I was concerned. I really wanted the wiper repaired asap since rain was on the way. We were told to head on over and they'd try and help. And help they did! Darren went beyond the call of duty, spent considerable time on my brother's aged Chevrolet truck and fixed the wiper, sending us happily on our way. Seems like a small thing, a wiper, but it's not. We highly recommend these folks! Fantastic service - and in a time when customer service is often very hard to find.

The Camshaft went on my suv and it was of course a complete unexpected bill I didn’t need and to be without my vehicle waiting for parts, labour ect could have been very stressful HOWEVER………..Huber was amazing!!! Ray Marshall talked me through everything and just really made my stressful situation less stressful.

I just wanted to have a big shout out and a big thank you to Huber Bannister Chevrolet Penticton for helping Emma and I out on fixing my vehicle. As some of you know in the winter when Emma and I had to come to Vancouver for cancer treatment appointments, we were having overheating problems with my van. We actually almost didnt make it back to penticton, turns out my head gaskets were gone due to it being plugged up from something that was earlier put in the cooling system. Not only the headgaskets were gone but we also needed, new rad, new thermostat, ac pump, and an oil change as well. So we took it down to huber and they knew about what was going on with Emma's fundraiser, and said they would like to help out. They first told us they were going to wave the shop fee which was outstanding, and that would help us out so much. We have now just learned that they are going to be covering the cost of the parts which was so amazing, thats going to save us a ton of money that can go towards Emma's cancer treatment now. So again thank you Huber bannister Penticton for taking care of us, you guys are so amazing and my van has never ran so good. You guys have awesome service, and awesome staff, who have definatly been a big help in making sure we were taken care of. I also want to say a big thank you to Wes Yakimchuk the mechanic that did all the work to the van, you do outstanding work. We will definatly continue to keep getting services through Huber Penticton and will definatly give my recommendation!

I was a dodge fan . I got rid of my dodge , went to Hubers bought an Equinox, loved that car. Had to bring it to the paint department to change bumper. Oil change. Those girls that are there are wonderful, they got the car in right away got oil done, safety inspection . Then they vacuumed , cleaned inside. Now I was ready to go. While waiting there is such a comfortable waiting room where you can grab a coffee watch tv, best part is the freshly made popcorn. I will only take me car to the dealership if I have any kind of problem. Being a widow who has no idea about cars, I have a really strong feeling

Just a shout out to the fine folks in service. Didn't buy the car at this dealership..but required an oil change..a free one at that..one phone call..two hours later in the service bay for the free oil change..not only that they washed and detailed the interior..all for no charge..
